Our small mountain “Gasthaus” has been managed by our family for 40 years.

Our “Gasthaus” is located here, 10 minutes from Bruneck, 1240metres above sea level, embedded in lush meadows and surrounded by green spruce forests.

Produced on our farm - regional products

Above all our reataurant uses produce from our farm and products produced in the area around us.

We pay very close attention to quality and our 0 kilometre policy.

Vegetables

In our greenhouses and gardens we plant a lot of vegetables and herbs. We do this so that you can taste the freshness in our dishes.

Grain

Most of the grain we use we plant ourselves. In our own mill it is turned into flour and semolina. This is how our pasta and bread get the best possible taste.

Meat

Our cattle graze peacefully on the meadows around our farm.

Hunters from villages around the farm supply us with fresh game.

Regional

The quality of our products is very important to us.

That is why we work together with a lot of small companies and farms in Pustertal, they supply us with high quality ingredients.
